b-12 dots

my doc suggested i get some of these and take them throughout the day to help ease anxiety and promote energy. i was skeptical but wow they are working. supposedly they work for some but not for others. i remember, when reading the "valley of the dolls" books by jacqueline susanne, they mentioned b-12 shots, but that was forever ago... and, for what it's worth, they taste good, kind of like cherry baby aspirin. :P

I have some liquid b-12 drops from my naturopath...I need to start taking them again. Are the dots expensive? My drops cost $40 for a 1/2 fl. oz bottle.

Vegemite is in my opinion so nasty! LOL! It's what mostly Australians put on bread. My Aussie friends bring it when they come for the summer. (I think it tastes like stomach acid.) Sorry Worker, like I said this is just my opinion. My step mom loves the stuff.

B12 is wonderful! That's how I get through my 5:30 morning shifts. :)
